Pre-press
Place the shirt on the lower platen of the heat press and pre-press for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and creases. Make sure the shirt is flat and there are no seams or zippers interfering with the pressure.
Position
Place the transfer print-side down on the shirt, lining it up in the desired location.
COLD PEEL - Cool completely and then peel.
- This is a Cold Peel Process so once transfer is applied, allow it to fully cool to the touch before peeling off the carrier (If desired, rub with a heat eraser before peeling)
After peeling: press again for 5 seconds with parchment or Teflon sheet over print
Suggested Heat Press Temperatures:
Polyester 275 F for 15 Seconds
Cotton/Blends 325 F for 30 Seconds
*Please note: If the image does not transfer completely when peeling, repress with the image in place for 5-10 seconds, let it cool again, and re-peel the film.
**Using parchment for post-press will produce a more matte design. Using teflon for post-press will produce a glossier design.
Care Instructions: Turn the garment inside out. Machine wash cold. No bleach. No softener. Tumble dry low. Do not dry clean or iron.
1) Choose your Product
Select a product by clicking on the product name. Fill out the product details: project title, quantity, paper, bindery details, etc. and proceed to file upload area to upload your files.
2) Upload files
After you upload the files please click on the Continue button to add the product into the shopping cart. Choose the turnaround time and proceed to checkout.
3) Checkout
Select your payment method and shipping address. Click Continue to review your order. Click on Submit to finish. Your credit card will be charged and we will email you your invoice immediately.
