FREQUENTLY ASKED
When does my turnaround time start?+
Turnaround time varies by project. Logo design, business cards, letterhead, etc. all take different times to produce. Production time will be presented in a quote, which begins after customer-approved artwork (if necessary) has been reviewed.
How long is my quote valid?+
Unless specifically outlined in writing, your quote is valid 30 days from the day it is sent. Any quote presented outside of 30 days is subject to rejection at the discretion of management.
Is my artwork kept on file?+
If we create the artwork it's typically kept on file for a year. If it is an annual event it may be kept longer. If the artwork is provided by the customer it is typically discarded within 90 days of production.
When do I have to pay for my order?+
Those with accounts can charge to their accounts. All other orders must be paid in full before the product is delivered. Deposits are required in special cases.
