Use of Our Services

QuickPrint Graphics & Media provides printing, graphic design, apparel, signage, and related services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting quotes or placing orders, and you are responsible for any artwork, content, or materials you supply to us for production. You confirm that you have the right to use and reproduce any content you provide.

Orders & Pricing

All quotes are estimates and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise in writing. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order. Unless you have an approved account, orders must be paid in full before production begins. Deposits may be required for certain projects. Turnaround times begin after customer-approved artwork has been reviewed, where applicable.

SMS Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC)

QuickPrint Graphics & Media may send text messages (SMS) to customers who voluntarily choose to receive them. SMS communications are optional, and you are never required to consent to text messages in order to submit a form, request a quote, or purchase products or services.

Marketing and non-marketing communications are separate. Marketing text messages include special offers, promotions, discounts, and service updates. Non-marketing text messages include communications about quote requests, print orders, service inquiries, appointments, order updates, account notifications, and customer service. You may opt into one, both, or neither type of message. Opting into marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any products or services.

Message frequency may vary based on your project, order status, and communication needs. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.

To opt out of text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message we send. For assistance, reply HELP. You may also contact us at 706-750-9779 or print@quickprintaugusta.com to opt out or request help.

SMS consent must come from the optional checkboxes on our forms. Submitting a form, providing a phone number, or agreeing to these Terms does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing text messages. You can still submit forms and request services without agreeing to receive marketing texts.

Intellectual Property & Artwork

All artwork, designs, and content created by QuickPrint remain the property of QuickPrint Graphics & Media until paid in full. You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork or content you provide does not infringe on the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to refuse to reproduce content that we believe is unlawful or infringing.

Limitation of Liability

QuickPrint Graphics & Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Privacy

Our handling of your personal information, including mobile numbers and SMS consent data, is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
